   We have identified an unexpected routing issue affecting our Singapore network, where traffic was being rerouted through GSL’s Germany/LA PoP, resulting in a significant increase in latency. GSL is already aware of the issue and is investigating the situation affecting their Singapore network. In the meantime, we have rerouted traffic through our alternate upstream provider, Zenlayer, to minimize the impact. While this mitigation is in place, customers may still experience occasional connectivity issues, brief disconnections, or routing instability. We will continue monitoring the situation and restore the preferred routing once GSL’s Singapore network has stabilized.
