   We are investigating a storage device failure on one of our NYC nodes. Services remain operational. No data loss has occurred.

2. 2 May, 03:10 UTC

   We have identified a failed storage device on our NYC-1 node. Multiple restarts are possible , please bear with us.

3. 2 May, 03:21 UTC

   The failed storage device has been successfully recovered and is being re-synced back into the RAID array. All services remain operational with no data loss. We expect full resolution within 2-3 hours.

4. 2 May, 05:54 UTC

   RAID has re-synced and the array is in stable condition.
