Timeline

  1. We’re installing system updates and rebooting our servers during this window. Each game server and VPS will be offline once, for about 15–20 minutes, at some point in the window. The panel and billing may be unavailable for about 2 minutes. You don’t need to do anything; servers that were running will start again on their own.

  2. Maintenance started early.

  3. Asia (Johor) – complete. Updates and reboots in our Johor location are finished. All game servers and VPS there are back online. Maintenance continues in other locations.

  4. Europe (Frankfurt) – complete. Updates and reboots in our Frankfurt location are finished. All game servers, VPS, the game panel, billing panel and website are back online. Maintenance continues in Ashburn.

  5. Maintenance completed. All scheduled updates and reboots across Johor, Frankfurt, Ashburn and New York are finished, including the latest security patches for our virtualisation hosts. All game servers, VPS and panels are back online. Thanks for your patience. If anything is not working as expected, please open a ticket.

  6. Maintenance completed.
