We have identified a hardware failure on one of our Frankfurt nodes affecting a very small number of VPS and all game server customers. Our team is actively working with our datacenter to resolve this. Game server customers can rest assured that their data is safe in our remote storage. We will provide further updates shortly

All VMs have been successfully migrated to spare hardware ahead of the scheduled maintenance window. The previously confirmed maintenance window for FRA-1 remains unchanged and will proceed as planned for the NVMe replacement. As noted, no customers are currently hosted on this machine, so there will be no service impact.
